BIKERS CLUB ® RIDING CHALLENGES
These riding challenges are voluntary and do not impose any restrictions regarding time or daily distance requirements. Participants undertake these challenges of their own free will and with full awareness, without any coercion or obligation from the company, organization, founder, team, associates, WhatsApp group administrators, or staff members.
The purpose of these riding challenges is to encourage and motivate riders, rather than to create a competitive environment.
All riding challenges include formal recognition, which may be in the form of goodies or certificates.
Note: It's not mandatory for the members to take up any of our riding challenges.
Bikers Club ®, including its company, organization, founder, team, associates, WhatsApp group administrators, affiliated brands, and staff members, shall never inquire or compel any member to participate in any rides or challenges. Participation is entirely voluntary.
Members have the flexibility to integrate Bikers Club ® riding challenges with their personal rides. These challenges do not impose any time constraints or daily distance requirements. Once a challenge is accepted, the participant must complete it and return, regardless of the duration taken—whether three days, thirty days, or any other timeframe. The completion period is solely determined by the participant’s budget, time, and availability.
Note: BIKERS CLUB ® RIDING CHALLENGES ARE FRIENDLY - AND NOT A RACE - Participation is entirely optional.

- BY BECOMING A MEMBER OF BIKERS CLUB ®, YOU AGREE TO ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ADDITIONALLY, YOU DECLARE THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT RIDER, HAVE CONSCIOUSLY CHOSEN TO TAKE UP THE MEMBERSHIP, AND WERE NOT FORCED INTO IT BY ANYONE.
- YOU ASSURE THE BIKERS CLUB ® NETWORK THAT YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MOTORCYCLE WITH ALL VALID NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND THE VALID TWO-WHEELER LICENCE. ALSO, YOU WILL FOLLOW ALL TRAFFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS.
- NOTIFYING OF THE BIKERS CLUB ® CHALLENGE TO US TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE IS REQUIRED. YOUR CHALLENGE WILL NOT BE COUNTED IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU COMPLETE IT.
- YOU HAVE TO SHARE YOUR LIVE LOCATION (WHATSAPP) THROUGHOUT THE CHALLENGE.
- YOU HAVE TO SHARE YOUR CHALLENGE ROUTE’S SCREENSHOT TO US.
- YOU HAVE TO RECORD A VIDEO MENTIONING YOUR NAME AND CITY AND A CHALLENGE NAME AND THE KM AND SEND IT TO US.
- YOU HAVE TO SHARE YOUR START KM ODOMETER’S PHOTO WITH US.
- YOU HAVE TO SHARE YOUR END KM ODOMETER’S PHOTO WITH US.
- NO NIGHT RIDING – RIDING POST 9:00 PM IS NOT ALLOWED DURING ANY RIDING CHALLENGE.
- NO, DRINK AND RIDE
- CONSUMPTION OF BANNED DRUGS AND PRODUCTS DURING CHALLENGE WILL GET YOU DISQUALIFY FROM THE CHALLENGE AS WELL AS YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE REVOKED.
- SERVICE YOUR BIKE BEFORE ANY OF THE CHALLENGE OR A RIDE.
- BIKERS CLUB ® COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, FOUNDER, TEAM, ASSOCIATES, ADMINS OF WHATSAPP GROUPS, AFFILIATED BRANDS & STAFF CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE RIDES, OR IN ACCIDENTS (FATAL, MINOR OR DEATH). YOU HAVE CONSCIOUSLY SIGNED UP FOR THESE FRIENDLY RIDING CHALLENGES.
- BIKERS CLUB ® RIDING CHALLENGES ARE NOT RACES; THEY ARE JUST A FRIENDLY RIDING CHALLENGES TO ENCOURAGE RIDINGS.
- BIKERS CLUB ® RESERVES ALL THE RIGHTS TO REVOKE, REJECT & ACCEPT / APPROVE RIDING CHALLENGES DONE / COMPLETED BY YOU.
- BIKERS CLUB ® COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, FOUNDER, TEAM, ASSOCIATES, ADMINS OF WHATSAPP GROUPS, AFFILIATED BRANDS & STAFF CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FOR YOUR MISCONDUCT RELATED TO RIDING OR BEHAVIOR TOWARDS SOCIETY.
- YOU CANNOT CHANGE OR JUMP THE HIERARCHY OF THE RIDING CHALLENGE.
- YOU WILL BE A GIVEN A NUMBERS OF BIKERS CLUB ® EMBASSY AND THE TIE UPS OF PASSPORT DURING YOUR PASSPORT CHALLENGE FOR PASSPORT STAMPING. STAMPING ON THE PASSPORT IS MANDATORY (AT LEAST TWO STAMPING REQUIRED FOR THE APPROVAL).
